    What is BodyTite?

    BodyTite is a medical device workstation at ReGen Medical to remove stubborn pockets of fat and simultaneously tighten loose skin as minimally invasive procedure with minimal downtime for patients looking for "one and done" alternative to other treatment devices that take multiple treatments, but still do no want the risk and extended downtime of traditional surgery.

    What are the Benefits of BodyTite?

    The benefits of BodyTite at ReGen Medical is that in most cases, it is a single treatment with minimal downtime for those patients who want to eliminate stubborn pockets of fat and simultaneously tighten skin in a single treatment.  BodyTite uses RF energy through a probe inserted underneath the skin through through needle like entry points minimizing any scars as seen in other surgical procedures.

    How Does BodyTite Work?

    In BodyTite, after tumescent anesthesia is applied underneath the skin, a specialized probe is then inserted underneath the skin that delivers radiofrequency energy between the probe underneath the skin and a pad on the surface of the skin, heating the tissues in between to temperatures that liquify the fat and induce collagen contraction and long term new collagen formation, resulting in less fat and tighter skin in a single treatment.

    BodyTite at ReGen Medical is safe to use on just about any areas where there are pockets of stubborn fat that won't go away and/or loose skin.

    Who is a Good Candidate for BodyTite?

    BodyTite at ReGen Medical is well suited for patients interested in eliminating stubborn pockets of fat that won't go away with diet exercise and/or tightening loose skin in a single treatment.  Since BodyTite is not for weight loss or for debulking large amounts of fat, a good candidate is close to their ideal weight.

    How Much Downtime is There with BodyTite?

    BodyTite at ReGen Medical is a very short downtime procedure.  Downtime can be as little as 5 days for most patients who will have some mild soreness, swelling, and bruising in the area that's treated.

    How is BodyTite Different from CoolSculpting?

    BodyTite at ReGen Medical is different from Coolsculpting because it is a one time procedure, unlike Coolsculpting that may require several treatments.  In addition, BodyTite actually tightens skin, whereas Coolsculpting has very little effect on tightening skin.
